Sherry Latham & Associates was originally formed in 2003 as Oklahoma Medical Legal Consulting Services LLC by Sherry A. Latham BSN RN CLCP™ MSCC™ FIALP. In 2019, she began doing business under the DBA of Sherry Latham & Associates. We are a team of three Certified Life Care Planners with various clinical backgrounds (nursing, mental health and occupational therapy), who provide expert reports and testimony for current and future medical care for individuals who have sustained a catastrophic injury or have chronic health care need, most often associated with litigation.

Sherry Latham & Associates is an expert consulting firm built of multidisciplinary health care experts who all have obtained the Certified Life Care Planner Certification (CLCP™) through the International Commission on Health Care Certification meeting the educational standards set forth by the commission.

Our multidisciplinary team members work together to form the most customized, concise and comprehensive life care plans for those who have experienced catastrophic injuries or chronic health care needs, establishing their current and future medical needs through collaboration with their health care providers or other experts involved in the case to produce a strong evidence-based life care plan based upon the standards of practice established by the International Academy of Life Care Planners/International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, National Clinical Guidelines and peer reviewed articles for both plaintiff and defense attorneys.
